Economy is best. The vehicle I need has to have a price of $20000 or below, get at least 32 MPG on a highway, and carry roomy storage space.

I have a Pontiac Bonneville which is in the luxury class. However for such a car I get excellent gas mileage. I get 29-31 highway.

I have several vehicles which can be used as a primary vehicle for a stretch of time. Cornucopia which is a produce fed sedan, Solarvation, a solar powered sedan, and Pushull, the see-saw pumper SUV.

Officially an SUV, but we have the best (we feel) of all worlds a 2wd. 6cyl. Ford Sportrac which can haul a small load, accommodate 5 adults in its 4dr. cab and still get over 20 mpg on the road.

First vehicle: Economy class '98 Civic

Second, and current vehicle? Economy class '05 Civic

I'd be a fool to purchase a vehicle that didn't attain great gas mileage for me.... it's my hard-earned $$ right out the window.
