I read several accounts some time ago about how people swore by Airborne or the same in generics when they flew on planes a lot or spent a lot of time in public or at schools.

I trying it now along with the reduced dose for my young child. My child even likes it... we call it juice.

Does anyone actually have proof of this?

Products like this always come with a disclaimer from the FDA stating that it is not intended to prevent, treat, or cure any disease. However, those disclaimers do not deter me from using supplements. I have tried it in the past when I felt myself having hay fever allergies. It seemed to make me feel better and lessen my nasal and allergy symptoms. I also like using it whenever I am exposed to my music students with colds, coughs, or other illnesses. As it is high in Vitamin C, it seems to help me stay well when others feel "under the weather."
