After changing the oil in my boat I took it out and it ran excellent for a the first fiftenn minutes and then developed a noise that seems to be heard the best from the top of the carb and under a load above 2300 rpm, will run at high idle (3000 rpm) smooth but when I "chop" the throttle it can be heard... The oil I used was napa brand 15w-40. any info at all is helpfull thanks
