Had my oil changed and picked up two more miles per gallon. I couldn't believe it. Went from 22.5 to 24.5.

On my 2002 Mercury Sable and older cars, I noticed a boost in gas mileage..
Not noticed it with my Prius...

Something else is going on here. Changing oil should have no difference on mpg.

I dont pay that close attention to gas millage after oil change.
