I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 5.7 HEMI and I was getting 17mpg highway and 15mpg city. About 2 months ago I installed a K&N CAI and my mpg has improved to 21mpg highway and 18mpg city. Very simple to install and for the price ($225) it is definitely worth it.

Fuel mileage wise? I compared my 2010 F150 FX4 with my nephews 2010 Ram 1500 and he was a bit upset that I get better mileage. Both are 4 wheel drive 4 door. He has the 5.7, mine is 5.4 and we figured it out where I was getting 3-5 mpg better then he was. So much for Dodge advertising best in class fuel mileage!
